Peer Leadership is a school-based educational program that looks upon trained Peer Leader Upperclassmen to help ease the transition to the underclassmen's respective sophomore year at the LCCTC. The Peer Leader Program is considered to stress communal interaction and social insight. Before meeting with smaller groups of newcomers, the veteran Peer Leader is trained to deal and mentor with the educational needs the newcomers may express. Members of this service-oriented club must be recommended by a teacher to join.
