Brandon Rishel: 2018 Hall of Fame Inductee

Commitment to family, community, and country: This list describes our next inductee, Brandon Rishel.

Brandon Rishel went to LCCTC to study Industrial Electricity.  While going to school, he worked for Great Dane Electric and Protech Security.

Prior to finishing school Brandon joined the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and also started his first business, Rishel Electric and Construction.

Brandon graduated from Basic Training in 2000 and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) in 2001. He was deployed to Mosul, Iraq in 2003 serving a total of 8 years with the Army National Guard.

Before being deployed he started his second business called RID Security Systems. RID later bought out Protech Security in 2010. Brandon Rishel has been the proud owner of Protech Security for the last 8 years. Protech Security currently services 2,500 homes and businesses, providing security, fire, access control and or camera systems.

Brandon extended his entrepreneurship to opening a third business called Rishel Properties LLC which provides residential homes and small commercial space.

Along with being a business owner Brandon Rishel has been a member of the Shenango Area Fire District since age 14 and has held multiple leadership positions, and currently holds the position of Assistant Chief. He also is a part time firefighter at the City of New Castle Fire Department.

Demonstrating his commitment to his community, he was elected for the position of Supervisor of Shenango Township in 2017. He currently is the Vice Chairman of the Shenango Township Board of Supervisors.
