Archers Compete to Qualify for State Bid

Today is the day — Qualifiers.

As the whistle blows, the silence is deafening.

All at once, “THWAP! THWAP! THWAP! THWAP!” The arrows make contact.

With two whistles, the flight of archers eagerly hurry toward their targets — nervously counting each mark and anxiously anticipating their overall score.

Will the sum of each Eagle Archer’s score be enough to move the team on to the next round?

We shall see.
