Alumni Success: Former CA Students Put Knowledge to Work at SRU

Commercial Art Alumni are putting their trade skills to quick use at Slippery Rock University. Recent graduates Tommilynn Genareo and Tristan Queener enrolled in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program at SRU this fall both on scholarships, their LCCTC work ethic quickly played a role when both of them applied for on campus employment working for the Martha Gault Art Gallery.

Using their mathematical skills learned at the CTC they worked with measurements and hand tools to install the Martha Gaults most recent exhibition "Omnigraphics" by artist Jon Shumway. Gallery director Theresa

Antonellis expressed that the CTC's recent graduates were ready to work and extremely professional and well prepared for their new roles as Gallery Attendants.
