Woaaah! They're Halfway There! EMT Hands-On Testing Success!

Today we traveled to EMS West for EMT testing. 

Join us in congratulating Joy Hudspath and Madison Werner for successfully passing the psychomotor (hands-on) EMT exam! They are now eligible for the NREMT (Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician) written exam. 

Along with being CNA’s and certified in BLS Healthcare Provider CPR, Joy and Maddy will add NREMT (Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician) once they complete their written exam. To be eligible to take the written exam, they first had to pass the psychomotor exam.

Once we arrived, they registered and awaited anxiously in the holding area where they were mentally preparing to be tested in 8 different areas: Patient Assessment (Medical), Patient Assessment(Trauma), CPR, Bleeding control, airway management, oxygen delivery, vital signs and long bone injuries.

They completely ROCKED IT!!!!
