Plating Deliciously: RT Serves Beautiful, Healthy Treats!

This week the Restaurant Trades, students learned all about cold food presentations, antipastos and fruit trays. They also made home-made pitas!

Diners practically demand that their food tastes delicious, but a large portion of a positive review is that the food is visually appealing, as well. What better choice to make than a fresh fruit and charcuterie tray! Color, arrangement, balance, and texture make for a beautiful impression, and our RT students don’t disappoint in their mastery of this art.

What a tasty treat for lunch! Great job RT!
