PROM MEETING RECAP:

       (If parents, students, etc. subscribe to that channel they will be notified exactly when we go live! i.e. 6:31 PM maybe instead of exactly....6:30 PM).

2. DATE / TIME

   • April 23rd

   • Virtual Promenade starts at 6:30 @ the Villa (More Promenade information is below).

   • Dance officially starts at 7 PM @ the Villa.

   • Dance ends at 11 PM.

4. ARRIVAL

   • You MUST arrive by 7:30 PM or you WILL NOT be admitted

5. PROMENADE

   • Promenade will begin at 6:30 and end by 7:15 PM. It will be virtual (no families may attend) and the link will be on our website: www.lcctceagles.com

   • PROMENADE CARDS

     • Please fill out the cards provided by Ms. Brown, Ms. Cozza and Mrs. Caiazza and turn them in by 3 PM on April 20th.

6. PICTURES

   • Clark's Studio will be at the prom to take formal pictures. They will pass out forms with a link to view and order pictures that evening. Please let your parents know that a form will be passed out that evening. We ask that all couples and guests get their photo taken, including Vocational Groups. See the attached pictures for more info.

7. MASKS

   • Masks MUST be worn at all times except for eating. No one will be admitted to the buffet or the bar unless you are wearing a mask.

8. PROM COURT

   • Voting will need to be complete by 3 PM on April 20th. Prom Court will be announced at 9 PM and live streams at the same link as promenade.
