Scary-oke and More at Fall Flannel Fest!
Ms. Cozza, Mrs. Brown, and Mrs. Vanasco, your team of teacher advisors, would like to thank everyone who Fall Flannel Fest supported it in some way!
Once again, the students who were able to attend had a blast, and the advisors anticipate this event to grow in the years to come. This year, there was plenty of spooky music — including “Scary-oke”, cornhole, plenty of fall foods,a bonfire perfect for s’more making, and much more!
The advisors and student council would like to send a special thanks to the LCCTC administration for continuing to support this event which offers the opportunity for our LCCTC community to come together and simply have a ton of fun. They also send a huge “Thank You” to:
Mrs. Kegel (Secretary) and Mrs. McVicker (English) for advertising the event
Corporal Hoyland (SRO) for providing security and for preparing the food
Mrs. Weisenstein (math) and Ms. Tyler (gym), Mr. Pavia (HA), and Mr. Goebel (AT) for serving as chaperones
Mrs. Heasley (history) for the delicious dirt pudding cups
Ms. Price (RT) and RT for supplies and refrigerator space
Mrs. Yanak (VA) and FFA for providing the hay bales and corn stalks making it a truly festive atmosphere
Mr. Kelly (CM) for collecting firewood
Mr. Powner (Director of IT) for making sure we had access to the building
Mr. Windhorst (STEAM) for allowing us to borrow the speakers
Mr. Miller (MTT) and the Bessemer Fire Department for safely distinguishing the fire at the end of the night
And last — but never least — Mr. Dudich and Mr Hiler and the wonderful (and patient) custodial staff who we could not put on any events without!
As you can see, this really was a collective effort by staff and administration from every corner of our school, and the student council and students who were able to attend couldn’t thank them all enough.
