"LIFT" Each Other at SYaTP 2023

by Shane Grannis, Veterinary Assistant Class of 2025

A little late September chill mixed with a few raindrops couldn’t keep LCCTC’s Student “LIFT” (LCCTC In Friendship and Trust) group away from the annual See You At the Pole event.

On Wednesday, September 27th, approximately 30 people attended. For the first few moments, they simply hung out, enjoyed a donut or two, and socialized. Being with like-minded people has its perks!

Senior Commercial Arts student, Leanna Miller shared an uplifting message about community. “We should be there for each other, and we should walk in love,” she stated.

Junior Veterinary Assistant, Shane Grannis prayed for our community, our nation, and our school.

Overall, this year’s SYaTP was a good time for a student-led fellowship.
