Two LCCTC Seniors to Compete in the PA State Horse Show!

LCCTC sends our best wishes, traveling mercies, and a few “lucky horseshoes” to two seniors who have qualified to compete and will travel to Harrisburg, PA to compete in the Pennsylvania State Horse Show which will take place on October 27th - 30th.

Sami Fumer, a senior in the Construction Trades Shop (Shenango), has been in 4H for the past 8 years. She will compete with her Quarter Horse, Cody, in the Senior Horse Divisions in Barrels, Key Hole, and Cutback.  In the future, she hopes to continue her education as she plans to work in Equine Medicine.

Madison Hougleman, a Veterinary Assistant senior,  has dedicated the past 10 years to being an active member of 4H! Madison will compete in three divisions on October 27th in the Senior Pony Division:  Barrels, Pole Bending, and Cut Back with her Quarter Horse, Moonshine.  On the second day of competition at the PA Horse Show, Madison and her miniature horse, Hottie, will compete in the Miniature Horse Driving Division.

LCCTC wishes these two horsewomen GOOD LUCK! We want you to know that we’re so proud of your dedication and all that you have already accomplished! Well done Sami and Madison!
