EO Constructs Booths to Begin Training

Electrical Occupations seniors need to practice in a realistic setting.  To make this happen, they build training walls.  The framing becomes a blank slate for them to learn their trade and meet their program of study tasks.

As a team, they construct a booth for each student to practice hands-on skills. Miguel, Andrew, Aiden, Karsten, and Miguel work on the roof of the training booths.  Their lesson of the day was this:  “Measure twice.  Cut once.”

Walter and David work together to supply power to the new desks.  This will enable EO students to operate necessary equipment and test connections as they learn commercial & residential wiring.
