Learning to Lead: Peer Leadership Trains New Members

Peer Leaders once again inducted new members — but with a fun twist . . . GAMES!

Veteran Peer leaders guided the new members in several activities that made sure that all were forced outside of their comfort zone and into a leadership roll. They learned that sometimes — being a leader isn’t only the person who gets to boss others around; sometimes, it’s the person who gets up and agrees to DO! Through interactive, physical, and communication-stacked games, veteran Peer Leaders revived their skills developed after the past year of active service, and new members jumped in and participated.
