. This year was their first “normal” year and now they were seniors. Never having learned to lead by the example of those who went before them, they paved their own way. They demonstrated what it was like to “Be here.” They showed the underclassmen what it meant to “Be ready.” They learned what it means to “Be respectful and Be safe,” but they learned it, and now, it was time to celebrate their successes.

The SWPB is a great way to encourage kids to make good choices, and it’s pretty easy — especially when they get good back in return. These kids have to be completely referral and discipline free for the entire 9- week period, and for their amazing behavior and discipline records, kids got to go on the field trip — perhaps the best one of their lifetime!
